   Irwin Susser lives in Notre-Dame-de-l'ile-Perrot, Quebec, Canada, with his wife Cindy. He has two grown sons. With a degree in business, Susser worked as an auditor and comptroller before he started his own refrigeration/air conditioning business from which he retired in 2010. If he's not sailing you'll likely find him downhill skiing, hiking in the wilderness, or backcountry skiing on glaciers in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
